CLOWN statue
A few years ago, there was a wealthy couple who had 2 young children, a boy and a girl. The family lived in a large house in Newport Beach, California.
After taking care of their kids all week, they decided that they need a break, so they booked a table for dinner at a nice restaurant.
That evening they called a teenage girl they knew to come over to babysit their children while they were out. When the babysitter arrived, the parents told her to fix supper for the kids and put them to bed.
"After that you can just watch TV and help your self to anything in the fridge." Said the father
"And if you don't mind, could you watch the TV in our bed room? our kids have nightmares recently, so if you hear them crying, you can go to them and calm them down."Said the mother
The babysitter happily agreed and the parents leave them for the dinner. The girl gives the children cookies and milk then she gave them bedtime story and rushes them to bed. After that she go to the parents bed room to watch TV. She sat down and noticed a clown statue in the corner of the room looking at her while she was watching the TV. She tries to ignore it, but it looked so eerie that sent her chill in her spine. As the time goes she was feeling uneasy and already can't stand it, so she decided to call the parents of the child.
"Hi, it's me the babysitter."Said the babysitter "Would you mind if i watch the TV down stairs?"
"Yeah it's fine."Said the father "But why?"
"It may sound silly."Laughed the girl "But the clown statue is really creeping me out."
"A clown statue?" Ask the father
"Yeah, the clown statue in your room." Answered the girl
The phone sound silent for a moment.
"Listen to me very carefully." Said the father "Take the children and get out from the house. We will call the police!"
"What's wrong?" Asked the girl
The father gulped and answered "We don't have a clown statue..."
For a second she just stood there silently, and then rushes to get the children and get out the house with each hand grabbing each children, to the street.
Within minutes the cops came and cautiously go to the the bedroom. They caught a man dressed with a clown suit, they found a knife concealed on the suit. Turns out it was a mentally disturbed midget who was a convicted murderer and cold-blooded killer. The evil man has been stalking the family for months lurking in the attic at daytime and sneak around the house an night.
For weeks the children had been complaining about a "Clown statue" that watched them sleep, but the parents just dismissed it as a nightmare.
